Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused and in their original condition. If a print arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days and we will replace it or refund you in full.

Custom and personalized orders are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

To start a return, email officerhero909@gmail.com with your order number. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item was damaged or defective. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of receiving the return.
